The Promise

The Promise is the vision, the passion, the drive. The Promise is what gets us out of bed each day. The promise that we can have, be and do more with this new day. Promise is what you see, what you can dream, what you can imagine. It is what your story has been and is leading you to. Promise is what you can and will bring to the world, to your world, to leave this world a little better off than when you came into it.

The Promise you make to your clients is the promise you make to yourself on what you will give in this world.

Promises We Keep

Keeping a promise, the kind that you just know is right and best for you and those involved, ignites a positive chain reaction. Whether personally or professionally, keeping a promise releases internal messaging and chemical reactions in the body that reinforce the commitment made. The habit begins to take shape and solidify, and it becomes easy to repeat. Seeing the impact of keeping a promise is a powerful game changer.

In business, the promise is why we do what we do, it is the vision we have for our business. Whether a product or service, it is what we bring to our clients that we know will solve a problem they have – and we want to help. We make a promise to deliver the solution, and when we do, it builds trust. Trust is the ultimate tool for long term engagement and relationships.

You Matter Too!

Keeping promises to ourselves is the most important part of the equation. It reinforces your knowing that you are worthy of and deserve love, happiness, joy and all that life has to offer. It is a reminder to yourself that you count just as much as everyone else.

Keep a promise to yourself and watch the magic happen. Boundaries form, you begin to honor those boundaries, and new strengths start to appear. It reinforces the original promise, the big one: the life driver.

Promise Over Perfection

Focusing on Promise instead of perfection is what feeds the drive. It is what helps you get back up and try again when things don’t go perfectly.

When you know what the Promise is – the one that you want with all your heart, so keeping it drives your life – the focus on perfection lessens. Suddenly, you focus on the steps to get there and don’t mind the bumps along the way. You understand that things won’t always go the way they are planned in this perfectly imperfect world, and you embrace each step.
